Shipping times and costs

Deliveries are made by private express couriers – TNT FEDEX

Each jewel will be shipped once created and the entire creation and shipping process can vary from 2 to 3 weeks for Italy. For orders from abroad, however, the process can vary from 30 to 40 working days.

As soon as the order is completed, a first email will be sent notifying that the order has been confirmed. Subsequently, when the order is ready to be shipped, a second email will be sent with the shipment tracking code.

Shipping costs are:

• Italy: Free
• Europe: € 19.00 / Free for orders over € 500
• Abroad: € 49.00 / Free for orders over € 1000
